By using MRMTrip, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make a booking for yourself or the travellers named in it. These terms apply to our website, booking journeys, customer support and related travel services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• Keep your account, contact and traveller information accurate.
• Use MRMTrip only for lawful travel planning and bookings.

MRMTrip helps you discover and arrange travel products supplied by airlines, hotels, transport operators, activity providers and other travel partners. A booking is confirmed only after the relevant supplier accepts it and MRMTrip issues confirmation.

• Supplier rules, fare conditions and property policies also apply.
• Availability and prices can change until a booking is confirmed.
• Your confirmation email is the best reference for your itinerary.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude taxes, fees or optional extras as indicated during checkout. Payment must be completed through the available secure payment method before a booking can be confirmed.

• Review the final amount and inclusions before paying.
• Do not share payment credentials or one-time passwords with anyone.
• A payment receipt or booking confirmation does not change supplier cancellation rules.

Changes, cancellations, refunds and no-show outcomes depend on the booking type and the supplier rules displayed before purchase. We will communicate material updates and help you raise a request, but processing times may depend on the supplier and payment provider.

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identity documents, visas, permits, health requirements and any other documents needed for their journey. MRMTrip is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate traveller information, missed travel because of late arrival, or documents that are invalid or incomplete.
